Our suppliers often process orders within minutes of receiving them, making a cancellation after this initial window impossible.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, you must:
Email Us Immediately: Send an urgent email to shoprthreads@gmail.com.
Subject Line: Use the subject line URGENT CANCELLATION REQUEST - Order #[Your Order Number].
Include Details: Provide your order number and customer name clearly in the email body.
Note: Phoning us or using a contact form may result in a delay that prevents cancellation.
3. If the Order Cannot Be Canceled
If your order has already been picked, packed, or shipped by our supplier, it cannot be canceled.
In this scenario, you must wait until the package is delivered and then initiate a return according to our [Return & Refund Policy](link to Return & Refund Policy). Please remember that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs for items that cannot be canceled in time.
