R Threads Return & Refund Policy

At R Threads, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 7 business days from the date of delivery (as shown by tracking) to initiate a return request.

After initiating your return, you must ship the item back within 7 days to qualify for a full refund.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unaltered
  • In its original packaging with clear garment packaging and SKU label intact
  • With all original tags still attached
  • In the same condition that you received it

Returns that do not meet these criteria may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be declined entirely.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or final sale reasons:

  • Beauty products
  • Bodysuits
  • Face masks
  • Intimates, lingerie, shapewear, and underwear
  • Jewelry
  • Swimwear and cover-ups
  • Any items marked as "Final Sale"

Please check the product listing for specific return policies, as some items may have additional restrictions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery at shoprthreads@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue

For damaged or shipping errors, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Email us at shoprthreads@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

Step 2: Once your return is approved, you will receive return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label (for damaged/incorrect items only).

Step 3: Pack your item securely in its original packaging with all tags and SKU labels intact.

Step 4: Ship your return within 7 days of submitting your return request.

Step 5: Drop off your package at the designated carrier location.

Return Address: Returns are shipped directly to our warehouse. The specific return address will be provided with your return authorization.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer's responsibility: For standard returns (change of mind, sizing issues, etc.), you are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Our responsibility: For damaged items, defective products, or shipping errors, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing Time: 5-10 business days from the date we receive your returned item.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account

Important Notes:

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
  • Returns that don't meet eligibility criteria may be subject to a 20% restocking fee
  • If you paid for return shipping, that cost will be deducted from your refund (unless it was our error)

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for different sizes, colors, or products. If you need a different item, please:

  1. Return your original item for a refund
  2. Place a new order for the item you want

This ensures you receive your preferred item as quickly as possible.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains items that ship from different locations:

  • Each item must be returned separately according to the specific return instructions provided
  • You may receive separate return labels for items shipped from different locations
  • Return processing times may vary by item

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after the processing period:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time for the refund to post)
  3. Contact your bank
  4. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at shoprthreads@gmail.com
