R Threads Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 7 business days (Monday-Friday) after your order is placed. During peak seasons or sales events, processing may take up to 10 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
2. Estimated Shipping Times (USA)
We primarily ship within the United States. We aim to get your items to you quickly, but please be aware of the following estimates:
Standard US Shipping (US Warehouse Items): 4–9 business days for delivery after processing.
Standard US Shipping (Overseas Warehouse Items): 7–14 business days for delivery after processing.
Total Estimated Delivery Time (from order date): 6–21 business days.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and origin of the items in your order.
Costs typically start around $3.99 for light items and increase incrementally with weight and the number of items purchased.
4. International Shipping
At this time, R Threads ships within the United States only (including Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands). We do not currently offer international shipping.
5. Multiple Shipments
If you order multiple items that are housed in different supplier warehouses, they may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers. You will not incur additional shipping charges for this.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
Risk of Loss: R Threads is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
Damaged Items: Please refer to our [Return & Refund Policy](link to Return & Refund Policy) if you receive a damaged or defective item and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
